One of our media buyers managed both Facebook and TikTok ads for a blanket company for about five months. This company’s brand was closely tied to books, and was aimed primarily at an audience of book readers.
The goal the company had from the outset with our media buyer was to refine their current targeting, and discover new audiences to promote to, and test how their brand would do on TikTok. The blanket company sold their products from 90 USD - 130 USD, and targeted a ROAS of around 1.8.
In total, the Facebook ad spend was $5398, scaling from $1000 - $3000 per month. The TikTok ad spend totaled $23,326, scaling from $1600 to $10,000 per month. The overall ROAS achieved was 3.1, generating $89,044 from $28,724.
Our media buyer devised a strategy and proved out that TikTok was a viable marketing platform for this company, and did a great job diversifying the traffic coming into the store to make for a more resilient funnel.
